After a discussion with another Human Experiment in regards to Oil Pulling and the great results he was experiencing himself I decided that I would implement this unique 30-Day Experiment into my daily regimen.

As I discuss in the videos below, prior to beginning these experiments I had been experimenting with drinking coffee on a regular daily basis for the last 8-9 months and had noticed a significant change in the colour of my teeth. Along with this I had also been smoking marijuana for many years prior to this.

My experiment was to see if I could continue to implement these factors in my life and if introducing Oil Pulling would have any noticeable effects.

After just 7-10 days I was astonished with the effects that Oil Pulling with Pure Virgin Coconut Oil had in terms of whitening my teeth.

Throughout my research I discovered that Oil Pulling made a lot of 'health claims' in terms of being able to 'Pull Toxins' from the body and although I experienced very little in that regard I was shocked at how well this technique worked to help whiten my teeth naturally.
