My 2016 Calendar - Tracking
Here is my calendar from 2016 documenting and displaying my workouts and body weight fluctuations throughout my year of Intermittent Fasting experiments.
One thing I would like to point out, besides one or two days (post cheat days) of the year I never exceeded a body weight of 175lbs. With intermittent fasting I don't believe you need to 'bulk' in order to put on muscle.
