Carnivore Vs. Vegan Experiment
After releasing my video on ‘Red Meat Causes Cancer - NOT GOOD SCIENCE’ and getting some rather polarizing comments (mainly from vegans) an idea to experiment with going full Carnivore for 3 months and then to go Vegan for 3 months came to my mind.
I’ve been questioning the potential positive/negative effects of these two differing diets for a while (and just in general how I believe eating meat is actually good and not harmful for the human body) but realized that besides solely analyzing research I was coming from a place of ignorance as I’ve been eating a ‘balanced diet’ my whole life and had not truly experimented one or the other. So in an effort to understand better how these diets effect my own body I thought I would see if people on Instagram would be interested in seeing this experiment.
Well unlike my polarizing results from the ‘should I keep the beard poll’ there was a resounding amount of people who wanted to see my go through with this experiment!
After a bit of deliberation I decided that instead of just 3 months (or 90 days) that I would go a full 100 days on each diet and give approximately a 3 week ‘break’ in-between to allow for a bit of an adjustment period. Since I’ve decided I’m going all-in on this experiment which will basically take me the rest of this year I’ve been trying to digest as much information as I can and created a livestream/video breaking down the procedure I will be following to carry this out!
Here we go World, Carnivore Vs. Vegan Experiment begins May 13th!
Which do you think is the ‘most optimal’ diet for us as human beings?
