My One Year Transformation
365 days of Intermittent Fasting and hard work has led me to see great results in muscle growth while being able to stay lean all year round. No 'bulkling' or getting fat necessary!

First set of pictures are from May 2013, two years before I started the channel! Second set is the end of July 2014 and the third set was about a month ago! Two years of progression and you get a good look at where I started at when I finally managed to shred down.
This was one of the first years ever in my life besides being a young child that I had visible abs. I was never 'fat' but I always had visible fat on my body that I just couldn't seem to ever get off, no matter how much effort and cardio I put in, until I had started IF a year and a half prior. Once I had shredded down I realized I had a lot of work still to go.....
Now that I had developed the knowledge and skill base in intermittent fasting in terms of fat loss I switched gears to keeping the fat levels down while putting on as much muscle as possible naturally, while still having a life and continuing my separate experiments. Here are the results of 2 years of busting my ass in the gym at 17-19 hours fasted.
