My Stomach Vacuum Experiments

After years of studying/researching different lifestyles and ways to experiment with life factors to find out what is the most optimal way to live my life, I kept stumbling upon an impressive abdominal exercise that allows people to roll their abs within their rib cage.

Seeing this impressive feat as a child I immediately assumed that this was just some type of genetic abnormality or the work of a Yogi Master who spent decades and years to acquire the skills and knowledge to master this technique.

So what are Stomach Vacuums and why have they become such a big deal lately?

Over 2015 I decided that I would commit myself to documenting the progression and changes my body went through as I experimented with doing this exercise 5 times every single day.

After about 7 months I thought it would be fitting to provide a Tutorial video to help others along their journey if they would like to begin experimenting with the Stomach Vacuum for themselves.

Leonardo's Brain - My Notes

As previously discussed in my 'Sex At Dawn - My Notes' Blog I will now be documenting pages from great resources that I think are pertinent not just to myself but also for the world along with my own personal notes and ideas on the subject.

The purpose of this is to display key literature that has had an effect on my ideas at this particular point in my life and when necessary to be able to easily draw upon these points to in future discussions and debates.

I do apologize for the lengths of these specific 'book documentation' posts especially if they are of no pertinence and value for you along your particular journey through life, but I promise, keep scrolling and you will find something that peaks your interest!

We Live In A Strange World

We live in a strange world.

In our current society we take pride in factors that we can't alter and improve upon, over achievements and accomplishments.

We were taught to put on masks when we go out into the world, to hide our insecurities in fear of what others may think of us instead of being content with our choices in life based on the skill sets and knowledge we developed.

We were taught that factors we couldn't alter like our gender, sexuality and the environment (hometown) we were born into are things we should be 'proud' of and if you aren't then 'you're not part of the team', creating isolation from the group inforcing more insecurity.

We were taught to criticize those who do take pride in skill and knowledge building and called them 'egotistical, conceited, self-centered, etc,' creating generations of children lost in an attempt to understand what is important in life.

These are our animalistic instincts for competition. You can either compete with who you were yesterday and be better or you can compete with 7 billion other human beings out there and become dissapointed in the results you will never beat or overcome.

I can easily say that this is how I use to think and this is the type of mentality I was brought up believing. I felt so lost in being proud of things that really didn't matter to me while trying not to appear conceited to others because of what they may think of me.

Let go of these insecurities, be proud of the skills and knowledge you've built up to now and be proud knowing that the development of these factors will help to excel you in whatever situation or path you involve yourself in.

Analyze your life and analyze your thoughts. Are you consistently concerned about food, money, sex, sleep or competing?

All human beings are battling these factors on a daily basis but allowing them to dominate your mind and body won't allow you to create something bigger then yourself.

Conquer your animal instincts in whatever way you need to in your particular life situation to free your mind to analyze your own thoughts.

Discover what skills and knowledge you are passionate about and you will be headed towards your life task!

Sex At Dawn - My Notes

Over 2015 I decided to reread an amazing book that re-evaluates the origins and nature of human sexual behavior called Sex At Dawn by Christopher Ryan and Cacilda Jetha.

Although I believe Instagram is a great way to document and display how great this book (as well as others) is as a resource for the world, every post eventually fades into the ethereal pits of a person's feed only to be lost and possibly never seen again.....

I wanted to create a way to quickly draw upon key ideas and points from these great resources without having to scroll endlessly through my photos so I decided that I would begin to create blog posts containing the most informative pages along with my own personal opinion/view.

If you are still unsure if this book is right for you then I suggest checking out some of photos below!

I Gave Up On My Species

I love George Carlin. He was always my favourite comedian while I was growing up and even though this 'pile of shit' is VERY deep I have faith in the potential of the future generations.

At first I was fearful for the world, I honestly thought we were all doomed, but with the spread of information (and the future of travel) current and future generations are the ones who want to see a change in themselves and the world. They are creating jobs and opportunities that is changing themselves so drastically compared to any of the prior generations that the world (and hopefully soon the physical Earth) is already having a HUGE effect.

Because of the internet things like gay marriage, transgender rights and marijuana laws (along with many, many other great advancements in humanity) seem to just be happening where as it took decades sometimes centuries to change the opinions and views of the masses.

We are entering the New Renaissance and thankfully many of the views and opinions I have as well as my peers have been formed from the perspective of this great man. The 'prophets' of the future are our current comedians and vocal skeptics. They are the ones showing us we are in this 'circling drain', hopefully the coming generations can help us plug it before humanity is, poof, gone.

Costco Parking Lot Chaos - London, Ontario

Last year after hearing about the deaths of two little girls at the London South Costco Parking Lot I decided to do my own investigating. Below are some pictures of the parking lot design; green arrows are cars entering the parking lot, red arrows are cars exiting the lot and yellow arrows are customers heading back to their cars.

As you can see from this  picture this is just one gigantic clusterfuck. Next time I go to South Costco on a busy day I will record the chaos and havoc that occurs; people walking with no sense, diagonally walking through an intersection with a cart full of groceries, drivers paying attention more to which lane they should turn at or an empty spot, rather than the safety of those around them.

My vision and plan to fix this is to place concrete barriers at certain key areas (displayed in blue). These barriers would force cars to continue driving through most of the parking lot, taking away a lot of unnecessary choices, decisions and distractions away from the driver resulting in more focus on the human beings around them. These barriers also prevent customers from just walking straight out of the store right into the parking lot, they are forced to cross at the designated crossing paths, not freely be able to walk where they please.

Unfortunately nowadays you can't expect people to do the right thing, to take the correct path that is laid out (in paint) before them. You literally have to force them to go in the right direction or else they will take the 'easier' way. 15-20 concrete barriers would be an inexpensive way to create an assurance of safety for all the customers who visit this store. Safety first people!

If you agree and care about seeing a change then please don't just 'LIKE' this post, SHARE it as well!

Disney Experiments

Posted to my Facebook on June 16, 2016

This is something that popped into my head today, I would like to see what others think about it:

I feel like we are the 'Disney' generation. We were one of the first generations that instead of playing outside and learning life lessons we were taught by people who sat in a building and drew on paper. They sat in boardrooms and discussed what angles they should take, what colour peoples skin should be, how characters should talk, what 'morals' they were trying to instill on children. We were shown that no matter what happens things will get better, a knight in shining armor will come to save you or a bunch of dwarves will make you happy with your life and everyone lives happily ever after.

Now that we are all grown up many people feel lost because they were told and shown as children that as long as you hope and dream things will get better. Now-a-days I see all these random videos of 'Look at these hidden images in Lion King' big fucking deal, how about the fact that a talking pig and a rodent just magically showed up and helped make Simba become who he was meant to be. PEOPLE, no one is coming to help you, YOU HAVE TO BE SIMBA, YOU HAVE TO BE RAFIKKI, YOU HAVE TO BE SCAR. We need to teach the next generation not to just absorb all the stuff that is infront of them but actually look into and question the morals and beliefs they are being taught. People will freak out at teachers for 'discussing something controversial' in a classroom but allow their children to sit with an iphone in front of their face while at a restaurant instead of instilling the proper morals and etiquette from a young age.

ughh first world problems.

Do You Want To Be Great?

If you want to be great then you have to think great.

While growing up, I was always fascinated by the men and women who managed to accomplish something great and beneficial to humanity. Something so great that generations and even centuries later, their names still ring strong in people's minds and literature.

Leonardo da Vinci, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein and Charles Darwin are all names we've come across in our lives, yet most of us aren't aware of the types of ideas, theories and inventions they created that help to excel us as humans within our current  society. But what did they accomplish that made them so great?

I may or may not know why, but that's not what this article is about. This is about thinking and acting like these men while they were still growing, developing, learning, excelling and finally mastering their craft. It's about trying to get in their mental perspective and walk in the shoes of someone who eventually became 'great'.

Leonardo da Vinci was a man who marked the world far beyond his lifetime. He made some valuable contributions to the hometown he grew up in, but it was his artwork that would outlive him. The principle behind electric doors that are present in department stores was one of his ideas. The principle behind the lamps and bulbs that have the ability to operate with varying degrees of power was another of his ideas, as well what most people are familiar with are his drawings of what he called "flying machines". While some would categorize da Vinci as a genius, from various biographies it is clear that da Vinci had a gifted mind but it was not what many would classify today as an exceptional one. So what was it that separated da Vinci from the rest of his fellows?

It was a principle that is noted very early on in the journals that da Vinci seriously began to write in while he was in his early '20's. He lived by a principle lifestyle called OSTINATO RIGORE which means a stubborn, relentless and persevering work ethic. That is what da Vinci did. Once he started working on a project or a certain pursuit, he would not let it rest until he had completed it. This is what made him one of the masters of the world as we know it. He was one of the prevailing voices of the Renaissance. It was through his commitment to this principle that he allowed science, art, military strategies, and machinery to be forever changed - because he stayed with it.

Like many aspects of life I have read and studied about in regards to 'greatness' from our human past, I have adopted Ostinato Rigore into my life. Fuck being average. I'm not saying I want to be honored and known for generations to come but I also don't want to fade into the black. Just be another person on this struggle. I want to know that my life had some sort of value, any kind of meaning at all. So I've learned, studied and adopted from the greats. I mean, they must of done something right.....

Ostinato Rigore World!

Be constantly rigorous in everything you do in your life!

Experiment, excel and learn to manipulate life to give you the results you want!

Last Summer Adventure - Cedar Point

To cap off a summer of experimentation and hard work, my girlfriend and I decided to take a trip down to the USA and hit up some thrills at the Roller Coaster Capital, Cedar Point!

The two videos above display our adventure at Cedar Point as well as the benefits of staying at a hotel within the park!

Below are some pictures we took of our adventure that you won't get to see anywhere else but here on my blog! Experiments continue even while on vacation.

My One Year Transformation

365 days of Intermittent Fasting and hard work has led me to see great results in muscle growth while being able to stay lean all year round. No 'bulkling' or getting fat necessary!

Make sure to check out the two videos above but if you want a little more detail and more photos then here they are with a bonus! First set of pictures are from May 2013, two years before I started the channel! Second set is the end of July 2014 and the third set was about a month ago! Two years of progression and you get a good look at where I started at when I finally managed to shred down.

This was one of the first years ever in my life besides being a young child that I had visible abs. I was never 'fat' but I always had visible fat on my body that I just couldn't seem to ever get off, no matter how much effort and cardio I put in, until I  had started IF a year and a half prior. Once I had shredded down I realized I had a lot of work still to go.....

Now that I had developed the knowledge and skill base in intermittent fasting in terms of fat loss I switched gears to keeping the fat levels down while putting on as much muscle as possible naturally, while still having a life and continuing my separate experiments. Here are the results of 2 years of busting my ass in the gym at 17-19 hours fasted.
