This is something that I've wanted to do and figure out for a long time now.

I've always wanted to know and understand how the factors of my life affected my body as well as the bodies of others. Over time I could see the physical results on my body as I would manipulate my workouts and change my diet but the more I began to learn about how hormones affected the human body the more I wanted to understand how what we do with our bodies has an affect on our hormones.
