My Growth Hormone Testing Journey - 2
Good Morning World,
About 8 months ago I finally began my Growth Hormone Experiments!
In a nutshell, I wanted to understand how the factors in my life affect my natural Growth Hormone Levels in my body. If I eat in a small eating window vs eating the same amount of food spread throughout the day, will this affect my Growth Hormone differently? What is the optimal amount of hours to sleep? What about my exercise? What about smoking/drinking?
I want to know and understand this for myself but also because many men are lead to believe that by taking Testosterone (or steroids) you will increase the amount of muscle you can grow. Which is true.
Your Testosterone output is directly affected by your Growth Hormone levels.
So, why take steroids or testosterone to get from 20%-60% when you could already naturally be at 60% and then get to 100%.
Or even better, naturally be at 94% without injecting a foreign substance into your body. (we all know the side effects)
This is what I want to experiment with, this is what I want to display to the world.
I believe the factors in our life SIGNIFICANTLY affect our Growth Hormone levels, even from something as simple as SITTING at a desk for 8 hours a day vs STANDING or a even having a construction job.
After receiving funding from those who follow my YouTube Journey I have enough money to participate in 2 more Urine Growth Hormone Analysis tests!
This means over the next two weeks I will be pushing off any unnecessary experiments and optimizing my hormones as much as possible.
That means Intermittent Fasting, Clean Whole Foods, Slight Caloric Deficit and a Mix of Intense and Low Impact Weight Lifting!
Let's see if I can get my Natural Growth Hormone levels back to the 94% - 3700 pg/g Cr
(average for males is 200-2200!)
