It's been a fascinating Journey so far and I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to share all my crazy theories, concepts and experiments in regards to Human Optimization and just life in general with the World and been able to connect with so many great people!

I honestly never expected that just by experimenting with concepts that were ‘fringe’ or ‘controversial’ in the world that I was just truly passionate about understanding more of for myself and recording it all would lead me to this point where over 40,000 people hit a button to want to watch/hear more from me and over 9,000,000 views on YouTube!

It’s surreal and I am truly grateful for my position in life!

I appreciate all of you and the connection we have as these weird complicated creatures on this Earth so the other day I created an Instagram post discussing how I will be going ‘straight edge for a year’ and with it I stated that ‘instead of wishing a simple 'Happy Birthday', if you planned on leaving a message on this post I would truly love to know how and when you stumbled upon my path!’ This post garnered a lot of AMAZING responses and made me reminisce over the last 5 years and it allowed me to see where/how/what managed to cause us to connect together and I didn’t want that all to fade away on Instagram so I decided to create this blog post to consolidate ALL the love shared:

I am truly blessed to be on this path and to have the ability to impact so many people in this World! I cannot deny that every single person who has been in my life in the past has had an effect on who I have become no matter where our relationships may stand today.
