Analyzing Scientific Research from Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza
After you watch a documentary or read a book do you go look at the references to see if any of the stuff they are quoting is actually legitimate?
Well, I do!
This is just 5 of +80 referenced articles/scientific studies that @drjoedispenza
utilized to make justifications for his theories in his book Becoming Supernatural that I just finished and although I don't doubt his claims and the references he utilized I just need to see for myself to be sure! 🤓
I know, I'm a little crazy but I'm just extremely passionate about understanding the strength and validity of concepts and ideas being shared in the scientific world in regards to human optimization and honestly I think it's important to have people in the world who are dedicating their lives to analyzing the validity of research.
Information passes by soooo fast nowadays that it's hard to know what's true and what's false and with limited time to check the references for ourselves who can we trust to be ensuring the scientific studies people are utilizing isn't a rather 'weak' study with small sample groups and time durations or if the study is funded by a corporation/industry with a particular motive or bias behind the study?
How do you know that the science behind concepts and ideas you're watching on Netflix docs or reading in your books that you may be making major life changes from is valid if you haven't looked into them yourself?
